On Sunday, April 21st the congregation voted to move forward with the Building and Renovation plans for our Church.
Congregational Meeting Sunday, April 21, 2013 at 10:00 AM The Session has called a Congregational Meeting for Sunday, April 21 at 10:00 AM to act upon a recommendation from the Session regarding the next phase of our building project. Two informational sessions will be held to review plans and costs:
Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 PM Sunday, April 14 at 3:00 PM
March 2011 Estimated at $5 Million Our Capital Campaign raised close to $3 Million The Session retained the services of Mr. Tim Cool of Comperio C3, a church facility and planning consultant, to make recommendations for a revised building plan. His recommendation was presented to the Session on June 28, 2011 and is below for your review.
Comperio C3’s Proposal Cover Sheet Facility Assessment Floor Plan HVAC The Session approved the concept of his recommendations and has asked FW Architects, Inc. to give us a more detailed draft of Mr. Cool’s proposal which will be presented to the congregation by Mr. Cool hopefully in August.
Session Approved Revised Building Plans October 2011 These plans were presented to the Congregation October 19, 2011 and will be voted on by the congregation in a called meeting on November 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary.
